Entered wrong Delivery Address
To request a return, please contact our customer support via the provided landline (#) within 24 hours of placing your order. All sales are considered final once the allowed time frame has passed, and refunds will not be available for this claim.
Change of Mind
If in any reason you are not satisfied or have a change of mind on the received product other than it is not damaged, defected or incorrect product, you still have an option to request return. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must submit a Return Claim Form within 5 business days after delivery. Upon receiving your return request, our team will review it and respond within 5-7 business days with further instructions and confirmation.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges in such cases.
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will process a refund to your preferred Return method, minus restocking fees amounting to (%?), within 5-7 business days.
Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items

For Damaged Items, it requires picture or video to process the refund. Please do not throw any part of the packaging or the product and include it in the package if the choice of the refund is replacement.
